For the price, the comfort at CityHub was far beyond what I expected, and I can't think of anything negative to say about my first hostel stay like this. Everything felt thoughtfully planned, from the comfortable mattresses and warm, cozy bedding to fast-charging USB ports and a temperature that stayed just right. The air conditioning worked well, and soundproofing was excellent. The shared spaces and restrooms were exceptionally clean. Even in February, it was warm enough to walk to the showers in shorts and a T-shirt, and the water got properly hot after a long day. There were plenty of mirrors, sinks, and power outlets. The City Hosts were also incredibly kind and helpful. One of my best stays, and I'd choose CityHub again in any city where they have a location. I also loved the oatmeal breakfasts at Grød. There are loads of choices, so you can have something different each day. It keeps you full for hours while still feeling light and wholesome.

The common areas are welcoming, though I'd like a larger board-game selection. The kitchen is well equipped overall, but it could use another microwave since there was a queue at breakfast and lunch. The fridge setup works well, although as a woman I felt a bit uneasy about having my name, room number, and checkout date visible to everyone. Maybe leave the name off. The bathrooms were nicer than I expected for the price, with enough toilets and showers. I never had to wait for a hairdryer, and the ironing board was useful. It's a shame flip-flops are only sold and not provided. I also used and enjoyed the sauna as someone who goes regularly. The rooms are roomier than they first appear. A small stool would make a big difference: there's a table and mirror, but nowhere to sit and do makeup or eat a quick meal. Service was good. I didn't need much help, but someone was always available. One of the best hotels I've stayed in, especially at this price.

The shared lounge had a welcoming feel and everything we needed, and the Hosts were kind, helpful, and easy to talk to. My first time staying with CityHub was a really good one. The Hub was roomier than I expected and comfortable, while the bathrooms were lovely and consistently spotless. I’d happily recommend it. Just wish there were more CityHub locations!

A sauna, separate shower cabins, and a pleasant shared space for meals or relaxing make this a nice change from the usual stay. The capsule itself was quiet and comfortable, and the location is great. You can adjust the lighting through an app and use the Bluetooth speaker, but the ventilation is set for each capsule and can’t be changed. Breakfast deals are available too. Recommended if you want something a bit different.
