Coco Hotel

We’d come back, which says a lot. The historic building has plenty of character, and the staff were polite and accommodating. Our small room was lovely and clean, with high ceilings, and the bed was amazing, roomy enough for both of us and very comfortable, with great bedding. There was some noise from refurbishment on one floor, but it wasn’t too annoying, and it’s off season, so some maintenance is to be expected. They let us check out late for free and held our luggage while we enjoyed the last day. It’s a lovely little hotel, and we can’t wait to return in high season and see this gorgeous city in milder weather. Thanks, Coco Hotel, we had a great stay.

I’d definitely stay here again next time I’m in Copenhagen. It’s a real gem with an amazing location. Breakfast doesn’t have a huge selection, but it has the right things if you care about eating healthily. The staff went out of their way to help. Highly recommend.

The architecture is beautiful, and the hotel has a fun atmosphere. Its location works well: far enough from the touristy spots to feel removed, but still close enough to walk. I’d recommend it for a first visit to Copenhagen.

We visited for three nights in February, so we didn’t run into the noise issues mentioned in some reviews. The bathroom’s floor heating was amazing, the rooms were spacious, and the staff lovely. We felt safe, and the price was good. The hotel is well placed near the station, making it easy to get around the city. Some rooms have street noise if that bothers you, though it didn’t bother us. I’d stay here again when I’m back in Copenhagen.
