NH Collection Copenhagen

The breakfast was a real treat, with plenty of salads, fruit, bread, cheese, and hot dishes. I’d definitely include it with your stay. I used the gym every day and loved the range of equipment. The room was wonderful and very clean, with heated bathroom floors and a seriously strong, hot shower. Service was exceptional, and room service is available 24 hours a day. Everyone looked after us so well. I’m very grateful for such a wonderful stay. The TV felt like a movie theater!

The hotel is super central, and even with the heavy snow we could get around on foot. Bus and subway stops are very close too. We stayed a couple of nights with our families, and every family member had a spotless, comfortable room. Our dog was comfortable as well, since they’re pet-friendly. Breakfast was great, and I even had mimosas each morning. The staff made the trip special and were there for us the whole time. Special thanks to Gülcan and Udo 🤍🙏🏻

I left feeling disappointed and worried about the hotel’s security. My family and I were staying for four nights, and my bag was stolen during breakfast in the hotel restaurant while all seven of us were seated together. I was due to fly back to Thailand within four hours, and the bag held important personal belongings, so the situation was extremely upsetting and stressful. I appreciate that the staff were polite, helpful, and coordinated their efforts afterward. But I can’t accept the hotel’s explanation that it wasn’t responsible because the restaurant was a “public area” and the bag had been “left unattended.” Is the breakfast restaurant really a public space where anyone can enter without proper control? If there’s no system to check or limit who comes into the breakfast area, guests are left to guard their things themselves. I believe a hotel where families come to relax should have much stricter security. This experience made the place feel less safe than it should, especially for families or travelers with valuables. Future guests should keep a close eye on their belongings.

Gulcan in guest services gave us the best customer service we’ve ever received, and that’s why we’d highly recommend NH Collection to anyone visiting Copenhagen. The hotel was modern and spotless throughout, with a broad breakfast selection in a pleasant setting and a modern bar offering lots of drinks. The location was excellent too, less than a 10-minute walk into the center and five minutes from the metro.
