There was a free in-room safe, and the hotel provided tea, coffee, water, and cocoa. The staff were really friendly, and the price was very reasonable. The room felt a bit too small to move comfortably around the bed, and the shower water flow was much too weak. Still, the breakfast was the highlight, delicious, fresh, high quality, and with a great variety. I’m sure it was the best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had. The location is great, with easy access to the Metro, train, and bus.

The rooms were disappointing. The shower design meant water covered the whole bathroom floor, and the WiFi was shockingly bad, so I had to use 5G most of the time. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the location was the main draw. I’d return for that, but only for a short stay.

The rooms were clean, and the staff were kind and helpful. The open buffet breakfast and central location were the best things about the hotel, and it felt like good value overall. At night the rooms were cold. The four-person room was so small it was hard to move around, and the sofa bed they provided as a second double bed wasn’t comfortable.

This isn’t as striking as some Copenhagen boutique hotels, but the price was excellent and our room was a good size. The bathroom’s underfloor heating dried the water quickly. Everyone we met on staff, from reception to the room cleaners, was exceptionally friendly. Central Station is just a short walk away. It’s a comfortable, clean place to rest after seeing the city, and it won’t break the budget.
