Bahia Principe Explore Esmeralda - All Inclusive

We had family photos taken on the beach, and the photographer was professional and made it quick and easy with the children. There was also so much entertainment for the kids, with fun events during the day and at night. We made great memories on this vacation with our kids and family. The staff are what make this place shine. Everyone was kind and made us feel welcome, from guest services in the lobby, concierge, and housekeeping to the teams at the sports bar, matum, buffets, and restaurants. They worked hard and kept smiling. We’ll remember Manny for helping with room service, Brian for being so kind to our son during the pool volleyball games, and Alby for the delicious drinks. Thank you to everyone at Esmeralde for making this a memory to last a lifetime!

The kids’ club made our holiday especially enjoyable. My son loved the girls who work there and asked to go every day. They kept the kids busy all day with activities, arts, and crafts. In the evenings we also checked out entertainment at the other hotels in the group, so we never got bored. We’re a family of three, and the room was spacious with a really comfortable bed. It was easy to get to the beach, pool, and restaurants, which mattered with our 6-year-old. The food was good, with different menus each day. Pasta wasn’t the best, but there was plenty of other delicious local food, and the rice, meat, and fish never disappointed. We’ll definitely come back!

After many Bahia vacations, I still love this resort. Johnny was always ready to take us to a restaurant on the trolley, and Veronica at the lobby bar greeted us with a big smile and coffee or a drink. Chrismalin, Yinauris, and the rest of the team at the Caney buffet were great, with an amazing range of food. The pool entertainment and all the dinner restaurants added to a great experience. We met so many amazing people.

The kids club was a highlight for us, with activities and trips for different age groups. The girls were so sweet, happy, and fun with the kids. Luisa, Karina, Camila, Emma, and Guadalupe were wonderful with our son. We enjoyed it so much that we’re coming back this summer. Bahia Principe Esmeralda is one of the best destinations we’ve visited around the world. There are lots of restaurants, and the food is spectacular. I especially recommend Mikado Japanese, where they cook delicious food right in front of you. Maribel, King Kong, and the whole entertainment team go above and beyond, with fun things to do day and night, and made us feel at home. I highly recommend it.
