Right in the heart of Bavaro, this building is just steps from the beach and has restaurants, bars, markets, travel agencies, convenience stores, and plenty more nearby. It’s one of the most sought-after buildings in the area, and I’d highly recommend renting here for a Caribbean stay.

There was lots of space and a great location, with all the amenities available. Highly recommended.

It’s really central, with most things within walking distance and Coco Bongo about 15 minutes away. There’s a convenience store at the entrance, and across the road you’ll find the best boba and wings. The beach is a two-minute walk, and there are lots of activities in the area.

Construction made the area busy while I was there, but I enjoyed being so close to the beach and local people. I had a really good time and hope to come back very soon!

Lots of restaurants nearby, and the beach is a two-minute walk away. Excellent area. We loved it!
