Las Canas Beach Retreat

Las Canas is the best! I felt looked after from the moment I arrived, even before I landed in the Dominican. They really go out of their way to make the experience unforgettable. Big love and gratitude.

We came here to unwind and get a break from the daily rush. It’s also a lovely setting for writing, getting in touch with yourself and nature, tackling a big project, or spending quiet time with family and friends. It could work well for groups or weddings. The food is so good you can just stay in and enjoy it. Alex, the property manager, is incredibly attentive, and the hospitality is outstanding. This chic boutique retreat is a gem. If you want a social atmosphere, to meet new people, watch TV, or spend your time at the beach, this probably isn’t the place for you. We really recommend experiencing its peaceful setting.

We were a family group of 12 and spent three nights between the suites and the Villa. It was an amazing stay, and I’d love to be back here forever. The kitchen ladies made us feel special, and Sully was wonderful. Every meal was delicious and made with a lot of love. Alex and Yasper’s were such a great team and made us feel welcome. We also really appreciated Renata’s help before the trip, with reservations, local points of interest and resources, and answers to all my questions. Mahalia gave us the best beach yoga practice. We were lucky to have her as our instructor. Thank you all so much, and I hope to meet Renata next time!

Alex and Jasper lead a team that made our family feel at home, and the service was phenomenal. Suleimy and Sahonny at the bar made great drinks and were so warm and attentive with our little ones. The ladies in the kitchen put love and authentic Dominican flavor into every meal. Las Canas Beach Retreat was a gem for a proper reset and time with the people we love. Our family vacation was top-notch and exactly what I’d hoped for. I’m already counting down to our next getaway!
