The location is priceless, the service is good, and the food is great. The rooms are usable, but they could be much better, especially since you can get better options nearby for the same price. The pool needs more frequent cleaning. It was always full of debris, insects, and dirt, and smelled strongly of chlorine.

I've been here three times, and both the hotel and the area have improved a lot. It's close to a nice beach, with a restaurant on the property and others nearby. They're expanding the pool and building, so it should be much better in the future. I'd recommend it. It's not five-star yet, but maybe it will be one day.

We couldn't even use the pool to unwind in the afternoon, since construction sand forced us to leave. The place was still accepting guests during construction, and there was no cleaning. We had to clean ourselves and ask for chlorine to use the bathroom. This wasn't my first visit, but it will be my last. We wanted to leave that same day. The Italian receptionist said the owner would come, but he never did. Then a young woman told us the owner said we should stay until the next day. We said we didn't want to, but they still made us stay. The next day, the owner tried to charge us for the night. We refused and said we'd contact the Ministry of Tourism. He started shouting that we shouldn't come back, which we had no intention of doing. Nobody should have to pay to stay in a disgusting place that's under construction.

The bed was just a thin mattress laid on a slab of wood, right under a window facing the main staircase. The room was horrible, and I couldn't rest my head there. I booked it for one night and it wasn't what I thought I was getting.
