Green Oasis Hotel

Luis and Serene made us feel like family, and their team, Kiko, Benito, and Ana, were so friendly and helpful. The people really make this place special. Behind the gate, it feels like a green oasis, with a beautiful garden and pool that are so relaxing. Our spacious, clean room was perfect for us, with a sitting room, big screen TV, fridge, and AC. We loved breakfast in the garden and swimming in the pool. There’s a good supermarket nearby, and Duarte Park is less than a 15 minute walk away. We felt safe and protected from the big city outside, but still enjoyed exploring La Romana. It’s the most beautiful place in town. Give it a try, you’ll be glad you did and want to return.

Best hotel EVER :D

The hotel doesn’t exist. I took a taxi to the address, but nobody on the street knew of it, and there was nothing there. The location was also in a very dangerous part of La Romana. When I couldn’t find the hotel, I went to the nearest safe place with Wi-Fi to look for somewhere else. It took a while, but I found another place, and I asked the receptionist if she knew this hotel. She said no. When I gave her the address to check whether it existed, she said there are no trustworthy hotels in that area, and that we were lucky not to have found it. Even though she lives in the city, she doesn’t go there because it’s very dangerous, especially for tourists.

The colorful patio feels like a dream, with beautiful paintings on the walls and a kitten around. You almost forget you’re in La Romana. The place is almost directly across from the Panadería Oriental on Pedro A. Lluberes Street. You have to visit.
