Everything was clean and looked really well cared for, and the service, people, and food were all great. I felt peaceful and got a good rest as soon as I arrived. I loved my stay and plan to come back. I’d recommend it if you want to have a good time like I did.

For the price, comfort, customer service, and included breakfast, I think it deserves a 5. I recently paid almost the same per night at another hotel, and this place gives you much more.

We couldn’t sleep because some guests played loud music at a party until 2 a.m. We went down several times to complain, but nobody did anything, and the noise carried on. The generator next to our room was another constant racket, and I got no sleep there either. We’d asked in the morning for the room to be cleaned while we were out and were told it would be ready. At 5 p.m. we returned and nothing had been done. The pool was filthy and had no loungers. Service was painfully slow, and staff seemed not to register requests. The rooms might be the best part, but our experience was awful. The location is in the middle of nowhere, with a train passing nearby and no bars or much else around. It was also terribly difficult to connect with public transport. The worst experience in the Dominican Republic. I still can’t understand its rating. A total disaster, don’t come.

The room wasn’t cleaned during our stay, and they didn’t change the towels or make the bed. Still, I’d stay here again since it’s adequate. It’s a modest little hotel with a small pool, conveniently located in Caleta, La Romana. Breakfast was decent, service was good, and there’s a small free parking area for two cars.
