Coyamar

The Shrimp Pasta in white sauce was incredible, and the service was great too. Our server was kind and attentive. It’s a beautiful place, nicely decorated, with a view of the beach. We went with Adventures by Doug and were glad they suggested it to everyone. Definitely worth a visit.

Everyone was welcoming and attentive, from the manager and wait staff to the cook and gardener. We could have breakfast whenever we wanted instead of being tied to a set time, and it was delicious. Our December stay at Coyamar Hotel felt like paradise, in a wonderfully quiet spot in Playa Bonita with a rich, colorful cultural feel. Couldn't have asked for more. It was perfect.

The room was spacious, stylish and nice, though I did miss having a fridge. Maybe some other rooms have one, but I didn't check. Getting glasses of ice from the restaurant was no problem. The woman working at reception and in the restaurant was sweet and charming, and the food there was great. The garden is incredibly green and beautiful, with what seemed like a thousand kinds of plants, and it opens onto an idyllic beach. As soon as you enter the grounds, the worries of the world seem to fall away. Just peace, birds and waves. We really enjoyed our stay!

The staff and owner were very pleasant, and the rooms had mosquito screens and hot water. Food prices were reasonable, too. It's beautiful, with a huge garden that leads right onto the beach. Great value, and I'd recommend it.
