We couldn’t get a good night’s rest because outside noise came straight into the room. Even more uncomfortable, we could clearly hear a couple next door having very loud intimate activity, with our child there. The staff seemed disengaged and didn’t pay much attention when concerns came up. The property also didn’t match its online description, and for the price the stay wasn’t worth it. I wouldn’t recommend it, especially to families or anyone looking for a quiet, comfortable place.

I left before the second night because the room was dirty, the AC didn’t work, and the shower drain was blocked. Water spread across the bathroom floor and into the bedroom. The included breakfast was barely worth having. I told them before the first day was over that I wouldn’t stay the next night, but management refused a refund. They also charged my credit card twice. Don’t stay here, or you may get ripped off too.

Breakfast was delicious, and downtown was just a five-minute walk away. The room had AC, Wi-Fi, and a TV with Netflix. Everything was clean, the staff were friendly, and the price was great. I’d definitely stay again if I came back to Las Terrenas.
