We were left waiting for water after being told “in 5 minutes” over and over, and only got attention once other guests started complaining too. There was no water in our room at all. It was meant for 2-3 people but had just one towel, and both the bedroom and bathroom windows were dirty. The air conditioner didn't work, the room was dirty, and staff were very rude. There was also a broken, uncovered electrical outlet beside one of the beds. Very disappointing!

The food was just alright, nothing special, and there weren't many options for people with seafood allergies. My first room had an old AC that didn't work, so I was moved to another one where things were fine. Still, there was no toilet paper, the shower was a bit dirty, and the thin fabric curtain didn't keep the water in.

The town is boring and the beach is really ugly, so I wouldn't stay here again. I was there as part of a 2 day excursion. Avoid the ground floor rooms if you can and get one on the 1st floor. The room was okay, nothing special, with plenty that could be improved. Food was very basic the first day and okay on the second. Fine for 1 night.

For an overnight trip, it does the job, but I've stayed in better motels. There were ants all over my room, so I had to get bug spray just to use the toilet. The walls are thin enough that you hear plumbing and noise from outside. The food was bland and just plain bad, so I don't recommend it.

Bahía de las águilas is a must-visit if you're staying in pedernales. My room was better than I expected, the A/C worked fine, and for the price I think it's awesome.
