Peaceful, lovely, and well secured. A nice place whether you’re staying a short time or longer. Loved it!

The restaurant food and pool area were excellent, and the clubhouse is beautiful. You can rent villas or apartments for a few days, weeks, or a weekend, or buy a property. There’s 24/7 security, and each villa or apartment has a pool at the back. Lots for sports fans too, including golf, tennis, soccer, and more.

This might be a good place to buy, but I wouldn’t recommend renting here. I lived in the Turey apartments, where the A/C, refrigerator, bathrooms, and electricity all gave me problems. There was no dryer, and hanging clothes on the balcony was forbidden, with nowhere else to put them. The list of issues kept growing. When I looked for somewhere else to rent in the complex, I found more old apartments with dated appliances and furniture at high prices. Maintenance fees were extremely expensive regardless of the unit’s size, and electricity was also very costly, probably among the most expensive in the Dominican Republic. I felt treated like a criminal during my stay and move. Security repeatedly harassed me when I walked my dogs, even though I followed the rules, cleaned up after them, and stayed off the golf course. Things got worse after they changed security recently. When I found a place in Punta Cana Village, a different complex, I began moving my things out. I was told I had to notify them before moving. I hadn’t known that when I’d previously taken some belongings out, and had done so without trouble. I’m an honest person who tries to follow the rules, so I informed them. After that, they became abusive and escorted me out as if I were a criminal. They even tried to block my entry while my legal rental period was still in effect and my dogs were still in the apartment. They still don’t know I had taken some belongings out earlier. I was repeatedly punished for trying to do things properly. I’ll never return to this godforsaken place.
