The hotel says we were a “no-show” and is refusing to return our money. That’s false. We arrived in person, spoke with the reception staff, and have photos from the front desk to prove we were there. We had reserved and paid for a room, but were denied it. When we got to the hotel, reception told us our confirmed booking had been canceled. Our family was left stranded late at night and had to find somewhere else to stay. This has gone from unacceptable to outrageous. The hotel failed to honor the reservation and is now trying to keep our money by misrepresenting what happened. Travelers should be extremely cautious. In our experience, a confirmed booking apparently means nothing, and even documented proof may not be enough to make the hotel take responsibility.

Finding the hotel was difficult because there were no clear signs or useful directions, and the Wi-Fi signal was so weak it didn’t reach our room. The cleanliness and upkeep were also a serious problem. The kitchen and toilet were extremely dirty and clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly, which made me uncomfortable. When it rained, water leaked through the ceiling and soaked the beds, so we couldn’t sleep properly. It was a very unpleasant stay and I wouldn’t recommend the hotel. Cleanliness, maintenance, and basic services need significant improvement.

The staff were really attentive, and the beach is within walking distance. I loved this place! It’s a great spot to get away from the noise and relax. If you have kids and want to worry less about danger, you may love it too: they have a kids’ pool, which makes for fun and relaxation. Waking up here is amazing. Hidden gem.

The balconies have beautiful views, and you can see the beach from the front of the hotel too. I met the owner and his son, and he told me how the project got started. The owner and staff were very hospitable, and the place was clean and comfortable. There’s a lovely deck and pool in the middle. A magical hidden gem, especially for groups or anyone wanting a quick, comfortable stay.

The rooms were clean and spacious, and the price seemed very reasonable for this area. The service was amazing and the staff were super friendly. The beach isn’t too far, whether you walk or drive.
