Hotel doesn't really cover what El Castillo is. It's an art gallery, experimental restaurant, cocktail bar, hotel, and therapy session rolled together. Jaime and the team are incredible, special people. Guests and visitors are treated like family here, and it doesn't feel like a cliché. Amazing place, highly recommend it.

El Castillo is beautiful, and the experience was breathtaking. It sits on a reserve of quartz and corals, with amazing views and a peaceful, wonderful energy. El gerente Jaime is an absolute sweetheart, always looking after what clients need and there for them. He's also the best chef in all of Samana, so even if you only come for the restaurant, I'd say it's the best food in Samana, with really nice deals. The rooms are spacious and super comfortable, and there are three beautiful, loving doggies too. If I could, I'd give it seventeen stars out of five. Magic, peace, and good vibes 💜✌️

The tapas are worth making room for! The food, the view, and our host were all 10/10. I didn't stay overnight, but my friend did and said her room was quiet, peaceful, and comfortable. She usually sleeps hot and was concerned there was no AC, but the temperature turned out just right. Don't miss this place.

Las Galeras has a real dream of a place in this magical castle. Jaime's food is delicious, and the music from GitanaMedia feels as deep as an ocean. A wonderful place to be.
