Hotel Santiago, Curio Collection by Hilton

I really enjoyed staying there and was treated with so much kindness and respect. Cecilia, the housekeeper, gave me especially thoughtful care and made my room feel clean and comfortable. Thanks for everything, Cecilia. Sending you a big hug!

I’ve stayed here a handful of times, and the staff are the best in Santiago. Esteban is my number one bellman, and Arlenny and Mariangel at the front desk were great too. The rooms are spacious and clean, and I loved the restaurant, Cigar Bar, and pool. You’re just minutes from the monument, shopping, and good restaurants.

Niurka at the front desk handled our tax-exempt status quickly and impressively. The whole staff, from the valet to the breakfast team, were thoughtful, kind, and professional. We were in town for a concert and, even though the hotel was sold out all weekend, our check-in took just three minutes and was hassle-free. Breakfast ran efficiently despite the concert crowds, with plenty of food still available at 10:30, and the waiters were quick and polite. The hotel was clean, and all the details impressed me. I highly recommend it.

Jimmy made leaving so easy after our long trip. He helped with our luggage and brought our car around, all with a kind, professional, and attentive manner. His positive attitude and willingness to help went beyond what we expected. We had a wonderful stay at the Curio Collection Hotel in Santiago, and the staff were a big part of that. That sort of hospitality makes a visit memorable. Thank you, we’ll definitely be back and recommend the hotel.
