Brickell Apart Hotel

We had a wonderful stay. The room was comfortable, clean, and equipped with everything I needed, while the welcoming and attentive staff made everything easy and enjoyable. I’d recommend the hotel and would definitely return. A few small scratches and patches were visible around the room, but they didn’t affect our comfort. We could also hear chairs being moved in the room above us quite clearly, which was distracting at times. Still, the atmosphere, amenities, and service made the stay great.

The reception staff were friendly and helpful at check-in, and both the clean lobby and the apartments looked lovely. There’s a cigar lounge downstairs, plus a rooftop pool and another bar with 360 views. I was told the rooftop bar would be open, but it never opened during my entire six-day stay. The cigar lounge was open only about three of those six days. I’d hoped to celebrate my birthday on the rooftop, so I was really disappointed. The hotel has lots of potential, but the lack of amenities made my stay less enjoyable, and that’s why I gave it a 3.

We had a great time. The room was beautiful, with great air conditioning. There were a few scratches and patches here and there, but the staff were nice and attentive, and all in all, it was awesome.

I’m 20 and here with my partner for our first trip. After paying over $400, I expected to feel safe in the hotel. Instead, a delivery driver verbally attacked me in the lobby because he didn’t have enough change, then hurled Spanish slurs at me. The security guard was right there. I asked him twice for help, but he ignored me and stayed on his phone. The receptionist brushed it off as a personal matter and said it wasn’t their problem. If safety matters to you, stay far away. I’d give this place zero stars if I could.
