A complimentary breakfast, but the service from Jose Manuel and Victor felt five-star. They were warm, attentive, and genuinely caring with every guest, and their dedication made each morning special. The breakfast staff are outstanding, and they deserve recognition.

For breakfast, I went to the restaurant on the 2nd floor. José Manuel served me the whole time, was very attentive, and suggested a few things from the buffet. The chef also made us a tasty omelette. I had an amazing stay at this hotel, and both it and the location are a must. I'll definitely come back.

The check-in was a hassle, but I had a great stay and would visit again. I booked through the American Airlines Advantage hotel platform, and the receptionist couldn't find my reservation. They asked if I was sure it hadn't been changed and whether I was at the correct hotel. I then had to wait while management was contacted, and it took 45 minutes to resolve. The wait wasn't pleasant, but the staff treated me kindly and offered me water. Even in a regular room, I had a nice view of the ocean and part of the city skyline. The furnishings were upscale, the hotel was clean, and the staff were respectful and helpful from the moment I arrived.

Francisco made such a good impression that I'd come back for his customer service alone. He was kind and personable, and even shared tour ideas and flyers for my next visit. Thanks, Francisco, keep up the amazing work. Cesar was always smiling, kind, and ready to help with anything. Thank you for everything you did for us. Yahaira at the cafe was also awesome, always happy to see us, making great coffee, and giving excellent service. These employees truly made the experience amazing. I'd come back 100% for their service.

Our favorite server was Jose Manuel. He greeted us with a smile every morning and always made us feel comfortable. The restaurant and its service are amazing, and the hotel is beautiful. We'd come again and definitely recommend it.
