I’ve stayed in hotels in many countries, and I wouldn’t recommend this one. The bathroom was dirty, the hotel was unkept and smelled bad, and the bedding and towels were old and not very clean. There was no hairdryer, the road in was dirt rather than asphalt, and trash was everywhere. Food choices were poor, tables weren’t cleared after guests, and staff didn’t wear gloves. Nobody offered to help with luggage or greeted us, and nobody spoke English. The employees seemed to lack hospitality training. A toilet leaked and flooded the floor; they dried up the water but didn’t apologize or offer us a clean room. The agency had shown us pictures of a nice, clean hotel, but I understood those were from when it was new. Overall, I was unhappy with my stay.

The rooms were clean, the hotel was neat, and the food was good. Lemis and Ousamma took great care of me during the IATF conference. The staff were amazing.

The receptionist was professional and active, and room service was quick and helpful. The food was delicious and served well. The hotel is in a quiet spot near Al azhar clinic, with a mosque just to the left of the building. I’m glad I stayed here and highly recommend it. Best of luck.
