We were charged about 500 dollars for two nights for the three of us. At checkout, though, we were held up while they waited for the manager because a towel was missing from my friend's room. They seemed to be suggesting that we might have taken it. My friend said there hadn't been a towel in his room and he didn't need one since he'd brought his own things. We were sure it was just a mistake, so we stayed polite, offered to look through our bags, and suggested they ask the cleaning lady. We even offered to pay for the towel, which couldn't have cost more than 10 dollars, just so we could leave and catch up with our team. Instead, they kept us waiting, and after we'd been gone for a couple of hours, they checked our luggage. The manager delayed us too and didn't give a proper apology. We felt angry and seriously insulted. That was stupid and completely unacceptable.

The pool view from our apartment was lovely, and the place was spacious, clean, and had comfortable beds. Zibouche Samia also made our day: she was so kind and cleaned the room beautifully with a smile. Thanks so much to her and all the hotel staff ❤️❤️❤️

El Khayem is in a handy spot on the road between the Military Hospital and Constantine 2 University, with Ritaj Mall along the way too. The rooms were clean and well organized, and the hotel staff were welcoming and very helpful. My one issue was the Wi-Fi: there was no internet access anywhere on the hotspot.

The prices seemed reasonable for the service, and getting around was easy with bus and taxi stations close by and shops nearby too. The rooms were lovely and clean, and the staff were both professional and very nice. 10/10.
