Hani Hotel

Please don't trust them. I called to reserve a room for two people, and they said it was available and all was fine. I asked if I could send payment through Baridi Mob, but they said I could pay when I arrived. Then at 8:00 PM they called to say the room had been reserved by mistake and asked if I could switch from a big bed to two separate beds. I agreed. Finally, they called again and said I couldn't come because they had some problems. This was my worst experience.

The receptionist was the only good part. The pool staff were insufferable and kept moving the closing time later. The key card system was flawed and inadequate, the refrigerator in my room didn't work properly, and a rooster outside my window woke me at 5 am. The rooms were okay, but the food was bad, including defrosted fried chicken. My friend nearly died because of the elevator. I hoped for better, but it was a disappointing experience.

Nice hotel and great hospitality, but I wouldn't recommend it for women since their access to the gym and pool is limited. There aren't breakfast options either.

I was really disappointed. I booked and paid online for one night in the name of Hani hotel, with all the details included, but when I arrived they refused to give me a room. They said it was because the booking came through a third party they don't pay. That's not my problem when I paid the full amount in the hotel's name. The customer service was the worst.
