Joumana Motel

I had one of my worst stays at Motel Jomana in Beni Messous, Algiers. The owners and staff were rude and unprofessional from the start. They didn’t provide the options they first advertised, and when I complained, they only said, “We’ll give you your money back, just leave.” The owners couldn’t handle criticism, and in my experience the reception staff showed very poor customer service. The room was dirty, had no water, and had no real window, just an opening facing a toilet. The price was very high for almost no services. In rooms facing the main street, the windows wouldn’t close and there was constant noise. The air conditioning was terrible, with water leaking from the heating unit. Breakfast was poor quality and badly served for the price. The staff were shockingly rude, chatting loudly with neighbors in reception. It was impossible to feel comfortable there, even with family. I absolutely don’t recommend this place.
