Hotel Royal Elisa

The location is great, and the parking is really convenient. The hotel is okay for a 3 stars stay, and breakfast was okay too. Good for a one day connection trip.

The atmosphere made me feel at home, and the rooms were really comfortable. I had an amazing stay at the Royal Elisa! The team was kind and professional, always ready to help, and the service was excellent. 💯👏👏👏👏♥️♥️♥️

The only thing in its favor is that it’s not far from the beach. The hotel doesn’t deserve a 4 star rating. The shower pressure is weak, hot water is rare, and the shower is so tiny that it’s impossible not to soak the bathroom floor. The security staff didn’t feel foreigner friendly: as soon as I stepped out of the elevator, they stared, followed me around, and even filmed me while pretending to text. Wifi dropped every 5 minutes for 2-3 minutes, and even when it worked it was barely faster than mobile data. There’s no backup power, so if the city loses power, the whole hotel goes out too. Room service repeatedly forgot things, including towels, pillow cases, and taking out the garbage. Breakfast was very minimalist, just cookies and bad coffee. Although they say it runs from 0600-1000, if you arrive after 0900, expect there to be nothing left.

The room was clean, which was the only positive. Honestly, the stars it was given aren’t deserved. The shower was catastrophic, and the air conditioning was far too noisy.
