The view was wonderful, but this was the worst hotel I've stayed in. Water sometimes didn't reach the upper floors, the kitchen was poor, there was no fridge, room service was bad, and nobody addressed guests' concerns. I'm giving it two stars for the warm welcome, a few good staff members, and the improvement on my last day.

Really good restaurant, and the service was the best.

The welcome was warm, and the rooms and views were very good for a 4 star hotel. But the rooms weren't clean, especially the beds. I didn't post the pictures out of respect.

I booked a room for a wedding party I'd visited beforehand, and the staff were very kind and responsive when getting it ready. Dinner was lovely too, with a very good salad and a sea view from the restaurant, which I enjoyed since Arzew is my hometown. The hotel is in a perfect spot opposite the port, with the cemetery next door being the most important thing! Everything else was impeccable. I can only praise the hotel and its staff. Best of luck!

The rooms are clean, soundproofed, and air-conditioned, and the young staff are very professional. I always stay here when I go down to Arzew. Plaza Hotel is opposite the port, but it's not the only hotel in that situation. Plenty of hotels are near airports, and people don't complain about the plane noise. Don't pay attention to the negative reviews from the competition.
