Hôtel Kerdada

We had a confirmation from Hotels.com for two rooms, but when we arrived the next day, the receptionist said the hotel was full and our rooms weren't available. He started out polite, then turned rude and uncooperative, even going into the office to avoid us. Hotels.com called several times and deserve credit for their great support, but the hotel still didn't offer any real help. It seemed to me the staff were lying and only pretending to assist. I can't help wondering whether many of the hotel's positive reviews are fake. I've written over 500 reviews on Google Maps, and this was by far my worst hotel experience. I'm shocked by the appalling service from a hotel of this caliber. Avoid at all costs.

The lovely garden makes this an amazing hotel.

The botanic garden is beautifully kept, with different plants, trees, and birds, and it's a nice place to walk around during the day or at night. The swimming pool in the middle of the garden is beautiful and very clean. Breakfast was plentiful and quite good. The rooms are small, but have everything you need and are nicely decorated. A garden view would make a room perfect. I thought the price was very competitive for what they offer. I had a great experience and will definitely come back.

The staff were really helpful when we couldn't reach anyone by phone, and they booked us a taxi. It's a nice place to stay, with a lovely terrace and a cute swimming pool.
