Royal Tulip Skikda

I spent five nights here and won't be coming back or recommending it. In summer 2025, my car was parked in the hotel lot for five days, and I found its mirror broken. Security said there were no cameras and they couldn't tell who had done it. The manager and security supervisor were very unprofessional in how they spoke to and treated me. They said it wasn't their responsibility and nearly kicked me out when I tried to raise the issue with the people in charge. Room service didn't check the room once during my stay. When I asked a maid in the corridor to change the sheets, she told me to do it myself. A five-star hotel with zero-star service. Spend your money somewhere else.

My six-day stay was amazing in most ways, but the food let me down. The menu was identical every day, with no variety or shared dining experiences, which felt disappointing given how much it cost to stay here. Service could use some improvement too. On some days, they didn't replace the soap or towels.

Thank you for your hospitality at your beautiful hotel. The meals could use more meat, and there wasn't much variety in the fruit.

The location is really nice, with a private beach and a waterpark next to the hotel. The rooms are clean, and the hotel has a modern design. The food was delicious too. Everything was good, and I recommend it.
