At least the place was quiet. We had one of the rooms that felt like a prison cell, while some others offer privacy and a terrace. Drinks were limited to water, and the nearest shop requires a car. The sparse breakfast arrived very late because the team had overslept. The rooms weren’t very clean and weren’t cleaned during our stay. The mattress had no protector and didn’t look good. The bathroom was awful: there was only a dirty cleaning cloth instead of a bath mat or floor towel, the toilet wouldn’t flush properly, and the door wouldn’t close. The lovely photos only reflect the place when there are enough guests. Otherwise the pool turns dirty and greenish, the seating cushions aren’t provided, and there’s no dinner. This place has potential, but not with this management and staff.

I didn’t stay at the hotel, but the surrounding palmerie is beautiful and definitely worth visiting.

The food was delicious, and the staff were friendly and always around. The guest house sits inside a palmary, and its clean, traditional rooms with traditional carpets are really beautiful. The bed was comfortable, though improving the bathroom and shower quality would be appreciated.

Dinners were delicious and served with warm hospitality, though they were on the expensive side. The rooms were nice and clean, with hot water showers, and there’s a beautiful courtyard and common area. The staff were great, and at least one person spoke Arabic, French, and English.
