The safety issues were alarming. Electrical switches didn’t meet standard regulations, and we even found a lizard in our 250 Euro-per-night suite. My daughter cut her foot while swimming in the dangerous pool. The Jacuzzi in our room didn’t work, despite the appealing photos. We were given dirty pillows and torn sheets, and had to ask several times for towels. People smoked in the toilets, which added to the discomfort. The rooms, restaurant, service, and cleanliness all fell far short of what we expected from this supposed 4-star hotel. Staff seemed to put their own preferences ahead of guests and didn’t have the skills to provide proper service. Food and drinks were awful too: cold milk, vile coffee, and overcooked croissants. Whenever we asked about hotel facilities, including the restaurants or pool, we just came away more disappointed. When we requested an invoice, we were told we had to pay extra VAT because it was considered cash in hand. This was the worst stay we’ve ever had, and we wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

The pool and other amenities were nice, and we had a good experience overall. Some small things were missing: the place was a bit dirty, there was no refrigerator or towels, and the beach is kind of far. I’d recommend it if those details don’t bother you.

The staff were really nice to us, but I still absolutely don’t recommend this hotel. We booked a room for three, but when we arrived they said all the rooms were full. One of us had to sleep on a very bad mattress on the floor. The private beach claim is a lie. It’s a long way from the hotel, and they took us there in a minivan but didn’t come back to get us. Three women, along with other guests with children, waited about an hour in the dark and faced a lot of harassment. Thanks to the receptionist, who volunteered to come pick us up. The pool is also far away, and the gym claim is another lie. The elevator usually doesn’t work, the power kept cutting out, and the room was missing important things like hangers and a trash can. Today they served us spoiled milk.
