The food was really good, and I got to try chakhchoukha. Breakfast had limited options, but what was there was good. The staff were kind and friendly, and the area was quiet. The bed was comfortable, and the room had a TV, Wi-Fi, and a refrigerator, though I didn’t use the internet so can’t say how well it worked. I was in M'sila for a business trip and stayed here for two nights, three days. It was my first visit to the city. The building is huge, but the room felt small and outdated, and it wasn’t very clean. There was no hot water in the shower during the cold March weather, and the bathroom door wouldn’t close. I’m sad to see a public hotel in this condition. I hope it gets renovated one day and that M'sila gets a great hotel.

I complained and paid extra for a superior room, but it was just as nightmarish. There was mold and hair in the bathtub, and it was leaking. The linens had body hair, blood, and other organic dirt. This is the dirtiest, most disgusting place I’ve ever stayed, and I’m sure I risked catching something. My advice is to run away from this place.
