The pool was chaotic and unsafe. They let young people who weren’t hotel guests in, and they jumped in as if it were a rocky beach. I asked several people at the hotel to get them to stop, but nothing was done. Dinner had very little choice, and you just had to eat what they told you to. Breakfast was a joke, just a few croissants and toast with milk. The elevator stopped working two hours after we arrived. I booked two nights but stayed only one. When I arrived in the area, I called more than 20 times for directions because there were no visible signs, and nobody answered. Once I finally found the hidden hotel, the receptionist said the phone was disconnected, hhhhhh. If there were an award for worst value for money, Mustagara would win. I don’t recommend it, and I won’t be back.

The reception staff were wonderful with me and my foreign husband, and they were patient. The hijapi lady was very professional, as was her colleague. The night receptionist was the best, showing us around over and over without getting tired 🤣. We had a cozy, very clean room, and the cleaning service was excellent. We enjoyed the clean pool on our last day, though it wasn’t working during the rest of our stay. Breakfast was okay for getting the day started, not great but not bad. As a family with a baby and toddler, this was just what we were looking for. I’m giving five stars for the price: 6,000 da for a double room and extra mattress for one night outside summer. Well deserved.

I paid 6,500 da for a night last April, but the price is now up to 17,500 da. I know it’s summer, but this isn’t a four or five star hotel, so that price is exorbitant and hard to justify.

It’s 2 a.m., and they’ve only just stopped the loud music they’d been playing since noon. The TV doesn’t work, the Wi-Fi is slow, and I can’t even put my dissatisfaction into words properly.
