Raouf at the restaurant reception was especially kind and attentive, and the whole staff came across as friendly and professional. The hotel was spotless, everything worked during my stay, and I had no problems. I’d happily recommend it.

The manager’s dismissive response to guest concerns was what really spoiled things for me. He seemed contemptuous and unhelpful, which felt deeply unprofessional and lacking in hospitality. The buffet was disappointing too, with few choices and only average food. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

I stayed at Hotel 2H for a week. The staff were welcoming and ready to help, and the rooms were clean and well kept, although most don’t have a nice view. It’s a quiet, comfortable option in central Oran, especially if you don’t have a car since you can walk to things nearby. The elevator is slow, and getting to or from the parking garage means stopping at reception, which is inconvenient.

The bathroom floor is the main issue, it’s very slippery and could be a serious hazard, so watch your step. The location is great, just 3-4 minutes on foot from the Front de mer and the Cornish, with shops, restaurants, and supermarkets right nearby. The hotel itself is calm and modern, and the parental suites are laid out well, with separate living areas for a couple and two kids.
