The room turned into a sauna when the air conditioning broke on the second night. I called at midnight, waited over an hour for help, and was told it couldn’t be fixed until morning. The pool was also closed for “maintenance” without warning, even though the website made it a key selling point. The Wi-Fi was supposed to be high-speed, but it was painfully slow and disconnected every five minutes. I couldn’t even load emails. Breakfast was stale bread, watery coffee, and fruit that seemed past its best. For the price, this is a rip-off. Save your money and sanity and stay somewhere else. The owner isn’t fully responsible, by the way, and shows no respect.

The sea view was stunning and made our stay even nicer. Raya Hotel was very clean, and the welcoming staff were helpful. It offers good value for the price, and I’d recommend it. The location is remote, so it’s best to pick up what you need beforehand. There’s a gym and sauna, though we didn’t get time to use either.

The hotel was clean, and the food was both clean and delicious. The staff were always smiling and trying to make us feel comfortable and happy.

The room was huge, lovely, and had a great ocean view. We enjoyed the restaurant food, though it was quite expensive. Breakfast was more continental than extensive. It was better than the usual standard in Algeria, but below what I’d expect from hotels worldwide. The pool had an odd green color. It needs a strong chlorine treatment and chemical balancing to get it clean and blue again.

The people here were amazing, and the service was among the best I’ve had. I’ve stayed in lots of hotels, but this one was my favorite. The rooms, view, and location were all wonderful too. ✨🫶🏻🩷
