The hotel looks nice, and it wasn't too bad overall, but dinner service was painfully slow. The restaurant wasn't very busy, yet the waitstaff took their time and seemed to ignore us when we tried to speak with them. It felt intentional. I'm disappointed because my dad has diabetes and couldn't afford to wait that long.

The staff provided good service, but the food and furniture quality didn't match. At that price, I expected better. The hotel needs to improve to protect its reputation.

Worst hotel I've stayed in. The key card barely worked, so getting into my room took 15 minutes each time. I only stayed one night, then moved to the nearby djenane Malek hotel, which was half the price and much better.

Stay away! Someone stole 200€ from my room. The card they gave me could open every room in the hotel, which is a serious security problem.

The oasis and palm tree view is lovely, and the hotel has a comfortable design. The rooms and facilities were all very clean. Restaurant food wasn't bad, though it was average or below at times. One thing to know: without French, it's hard to communicate properly with the staff.
