We came to rest for the night, but the quoted price had gone up by $30 by the time we arrived. I'd booked by phone for my husband, my daughter, and me, and the person who'd taken the reservation was at reception. They said they'd misunderstood my booking, even though they'd given me the price the day before. Terrible service and a lack of professionalism, manners, and responsibility toward guests. This happened today, July 5, 2025. It's awful for tourism in Ambato. I would NEVER recommend this hotel. 0/10 for this excuse for a hotel.
