The staff were kind and helpful, the food was excellent, and I slept really well in a super comfortable bed. The hotel itself is beautiful, quiet, and welcoming, and I felt well looked after the whole time. It’s a small, locally owned place close to the airport. If you’re flying into Quito, I’d choose this over one of the big corporate hotels. I’d happily recommend it.
For an overnight stop near the airport, this worked very well. It’s family run, and they were quick to answer our questions and help arrange taxis and other logistics. The one small hassle was that the shower took a while to get hot.
The rooms were clean and really comfortable, and getting picked up at the airport was convenient. The woman who runs the hotel was so kind, and the breakfast she made us was great. I’d definitely come back :)
They were kind and quick to reply on WhatsApp, and I had dinner at the hotel too. It felt like staying with family or friends. I used their airport pickup and drop-off, which cost $10 USD each way. I’d definitely recommend it.
