The place is a complete no-go. They don’t honor reservations, and they don’t bother to let you know or fix anything when there’s a problem. The service was terrible, disrespectful, and irresponsible. There are better places with good prices, quality, and excellent service. I wouldn’t recommend this under any circumstances.

I arrived at night to find the place already closed. They led me by candlelight to a dirty room full of bugs, with broken bathroom tiles everywhere. I couldn’t leave because I hadn’t seen how to get back out, and the whole place felt like a ghost hotel. I was there because I had connecting flights: the other inn that was meant to take me was full, so they sent me here. Years later, I still remember it as a traumatic experience. There was no internet and just two TV channels, one local and one in French, in black and white. I swear I understood more of the French one.

We were a large group, but when we tried to leave because the facilities were filthy and the pool was cold, they refused to refund us for services they hadn’t provided. The jacuzzi was empty, and the little water in it was freezing. They said they couldn’t do anything because we’d already used the courts and pool. Then they turned off the water to make us leave. The service was awful, none of what they advertised was delivered, and it was the worst choice we could have made. I hope they change their attitude and improve, or they’ll keep adding dissatisfied customers like the ones in earlier reviews and me.
