The location is easily the best part, and booking two rooms late in the day was no problem. Check-in was another story: the front desk wasn’t cordial, and they seemed bothered to show us the rooms. The parking attendant was the best part of that experience. The rooms were below average in construction and space, and the AC blew right at us all night. The price is too high for the quality, and customer service needs to improve. Until they make serious improvements, I wouldn’t stay here again.

The staff were friendly and accommodating, the rooms clean, and the ocean is ideally close. There’s a good selection at the restaurant, too. Great price. Just keep in mind that the beach tents and lounges are privately owned and may cost extra.

The staff are very friendly and helpful, and the hotel feels very safe. The bathroom was spacious and modern, but the rest of the place feels like it’s from the 80s with little renovation. For a four-star hotel, it’s too old and expensive, and overall overpriced.

The room balcony had a great beach view, with beach access nearby. There’s a nice, clean pool, and breakfast is included.
