The customer service at RC Hotel made my trip to Tonsupa memorable. The team kept checking that I had what I needed and was happy, and their hospitality felt exceptional for the affordable rates. Everyone was friendly, accommodating, and ready to answer questions or address concerns. I was warmly welcomed as soon as I arrived and felt at home. My room was spacious, comfortable, clean, and well-equipped with the amenities I needed. The hotel itself was comfortable and clean, too. Its Tonsupa location made getting to the beach and local attractions easy. I'd highly recommend RC Hotel in Tonsupa, Ecuador to anyone looking for an affordable, comfortable stay. The staff's care really stood out, especially given the rates.

The balcony view was lovely, and being just a block from the beach was a real plus. My room was very nice, and the whole place was kept clean. Friendly, accommodating staff made the stay pleasant. For this price, I honestly don't think it gets any better.
