For the price, this could be a good deal if the daily upkeep actually happened every day. The bathroom trash was full to the top when we arrived and stayed that way for two days. With no shower door or curtain, water gets all over the bathroom floor, which ends up dirty and wet. The rooms and kitchen were fine, though, and we had no complaints about those main things.

The view at the back is beautiful, but I’d suggest staying somewhere else and coming by just to see it. The owner was very rude and didn’t seem to care about customers. We’d booked breakfast too, but he wouldn’t provide it, saying Hostelworld had made a “mistake”.

The view was nice and the rates were cheap, but getting to the city center meant taking cabs fairly often, especially at night. Our room had a small pantry kitchen, which was handy, though there were no towels for drying cutlery and the oven didn’t work. The Wi-Fi was slow or down altogether, and construction across the property made it look awful from outside.

There are plenty of room choices and kitchens, including some rooms with a private kitchen and toilet. The views are great at this nice hostel outside town. It cost $1.5-2 to get to the town center, and the owner also provided transport when needed. There are loads of activities in the area, so it’s definitely worth a visit.
