The WiFi was so glitchy that it barely worked. We were also left without hot water the day before checkout, and had to ask about it the next morning. Room service didn't restock towels, soap, or toilet paper, so each time we had to go ask reception. They offered us breakfast, but we never got it.

The old furniture made the room feel uncomfortable, and the walls were very dirty. They need to do a better job cleaning.

The rating might put you off, but I found the hotel well equipped and the staff incredibly attentive and friendly. It's a great, affordable place to stay, and I highly recommend it.
