Breakfast has plenty to pick from, and the beds and pillows are really comfortable. The place is clean, and the staff are attentive and happy to help with whatever we needed. It’s tucked away from the busy streets, but still close enough to walk everywhere. This is my go-to in Baños.

Fresh flowers on the restaurant tables and artsy decor make it a nice place to unwind. The hotel was spotless, the breakfast was very good, and everyone, including the owner, was lovely and ready to help. I’d happily stay again. Thanks to all the staff.

The location worked well for us and the service was good. Parking is the one drawback: the hotel has a free spot about four blocks away, while parking right outside costs money.

We had a lovely couple of nights at La Floresta. The staff were kind and helpful, and the buffet breakfast was enjoyable. Our room was roomy and comfortable, though it didn’t have a safe. The courtyard and shared spaces were lovely, and the main square was only about a five-minute walk away.

We could walk to plenty of restaurants and bars from this modern, attractive hotel. Breakfast was filling and delicious, the staff were friendly, and the laundry came back quickly. I stayed here on a trip with Intrepid.
