Room 502 had plenty of space and a nice layout, and the upper-floor balcony was beautiful. The staff were helpful, and I can see this being a decent hotel for a large group. Still, I could only give it a three, maybe four, out of five when weighing the options. The shower had cold water and low pressure throughout my stay. When turned on, the sink beside the bed sprayed water from its sides, as if it wasn’t properly connected. Worse, a live wire and outlet were hanging right next to the sink. There was also a loud compressor running all night, which made sleeping difficult. See pics.

The best surprise was the rooftop terrace, where there was a hammock and it was always free. There was also a big kitchen and common area to use when breakfast wasn’t being served. The room was excellent, cleaner than I expected, and came with a safe, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and fresh towels every day. Drinking water was unlimited and tea was always available. Coffee was around most of the time, though it ran out and wasn’t replaced.
