Hotel Spa Etelvina is a lovely place, full of orchids and greenery, just five minutes from downtown Baños de Agua Santa. The food is delicious and the service is excellent. I'd highly recommend it to tourists who enjoy their vacation. Sending you a big hug, and thank you for everything.

The staff were friendly and the facilities were well maintained, with nice surroundings. But for $170 for three people, we expected more and wouldn't stay again at that price. Our shower wasn't working when we arrived, so they moved us to a smaller room, but barely reduced the price. The replacement room had no toilet paper or complimentary water. Breakfast was tasty, but it was a regular breakfast, not the buffet they advertised. It was cold at night, and the blankets weren't enough. There was also never anyone at reception, so we had to call a cell phone for everything. Both check-in and check-out took around 15-20 minutes.

The owners and staff give excellent service and treat guests very well. The women on the staff, especially, are super friendly. I think it's a great place.
