It was lovely and peaceful at this beautiful hotel. With so few guests around, it did feel a little empty. The owners are a kind family, though, and helped us get a taxi and made sure we had what we needed.

It felt like visiting an aunt and uncle, with home cooked food and a family run business that was honest and helpful. Their young son sang while we ate on the first day. We felt safe and looked after, with no stress or pushiness, and our hosts were extremely helpful. It wasn’t extravagant, and it was... uh... different. That’s why I gave it 5 stars: it felt REAL. Would I recommend it? Not for someone used to Starbucks, but yes for someone who appreciates hardworking people and a place where people feel real.

The days here were so relaxed. I could sleep and stop worrying about my issues because the staff helped me schedule things easily. The administrators were friendly and helpful, the food was DELICIOUS, and the hotel was clean. The place was excellent overall, though the bathroom could have been a little cleaner. That’s why I gave it 4 stars.

Jhonny and Jaqueline made us feel like family during our stay at Casa Natura. The place has a lovely, warm feel, our room was always clean, and the food was delicious. It was a great experience.

If you want peace and quiet away from the bustle of Puerto Ayora, this quaint Hotel is tucked out in Nature, far from everything else. Taxis are easy to find, and there’s also a complimentary shuttle at certain times during the day.
