The breakfast had good options, and the staff were generally friendly and provided good service. Rooms were clean and comfortable, though somewhat dated, and the hotel felt expensive for what it offers. The lift was a bit annoying. The shower water sometimes stopped, possibly because of demand, which wasn't a great experience.

The breakfast buffet was good, and the hotel was very nice. Diego? looked after us on Tuesday and Thursday and was especially courteous and attentive. On our last day, he even made us a special drink.

The location was great and the rooms were clean. But there’s no air conditioning, so opening the windows is the only way to cool the room much, and then the street noise is really loud. The breakfast was below average: rice and guatita, plantains with eggs and cheese (yum), toast, bacon, and omelettes made to order. The coffee wasn't very good either. A homeless person asked us for money while we were eating. After breakfast, the hotel stays closed until lunch at 12:30.

Just steps from the cathedral, the hotel is well located. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast buffet was good. Rooms were clean and roomy enough. Bathrooms were OK, though they aren't the newest.

The beds were very comfortable, even though the rooms were small. There were hardly any guests, yet bar and restaurant service could be slow. To me, the place felt a bit run down and overpriced.
