We didn’t feel welcome at this hotel. There was no friendliness at all, and it seemed like they wanted to close. Breakfast was truly awful, and the service felt much more like one star than four. We’ll never come back!

Right in central Cuenca, so you can walk everywhere. It’s a good, very clean hotel and really inexpensive. I recommend it.
