The owners were willing to help however they could, and the attention we received was great. I recommend this hotel if you want a reasonably priced place within walking distance of the center of Cuenca.

The breakfast was included and very good. A very nice, comfortable place that’s friendly for kids.

The food was exquisite, and everything was in order, with signs and free Wi-Fi. It has a cozy, clean feel and a pleasant atmosphere. I highly recommend it. Excellent.

At breakfast, we couldn’t choose where to sit because the tables were marked “reserved,” even though we waited two hours and nobody left. The beds and sheets were dirty, and the bathrooms were filthy as soon as we got to our room. One of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in.

The breakfasts were good and had variety, and everything was clean. The staff were friendly and attentive. It’s a comfortable hotel in the heart of Cuenca, close to everything and convenient for visiting the cultural center. Parking is very difficult in this area, so walking is the best option.
