We felt completely safe in the area, with a big supermarket, some restaurants, and shops nearby. The bus terminal and airport are both a 5 minute drive away. We had a nice 2 night stay. Alejandro, the receptionist, was very attentive and friendly. The room was big enough and had a kitchen with a fridge, microwave, and other things. The shower had hot water, and the place was very clean overall.

For one great price, you get comfortable beds, a microwave, refrigerator, and Netflix. Best $25 I've ever spent in Guayaquil!

I had to leave on the first day because of the bugs. They wouldn't refund my money, saying it was normal to find around 10 crickets on my bed and clothes, and more than 100 throughout the hotel. Avoid this place!

The AC is really noisy.

The house looks excellent in the pictures, but the inside doesn't match. I only stayed one night, and the room wasn't worth the price. It was very clean, bathroom included, but had an unpleasant smell that improved somewhat when I turned on the air conditioning. The towels smelled bad, and I don't think they dry them properly. Service could be better. The young man was attentive, but greeting guests in flip-flops didn't look good.
