The room felt modern, clean, and classical, with plenty of space and comfort. The service was wonderfully kind. This is the best hotel I've stayed at in Cuenca by far, and it isn't very costly, so it works for a solo trip or a family trip. I'd definitely stay again.

The atmosphere was great and the team gave stellar service, five stars to them! We had a great time. The only thing I didn't love was the wooden floor. Oh lord, just going to the restroom could wake everyone up. Lol.

Our flight landed much earlier than planned, but Domenica at the front desk sorted out an earlier check-in without any trouble. She was attentive and helped us find a couple of tours to get a thorough view of the city. Lovely, cozy place in a great location, and above all the service was GREAT. Highly recommend it.
